I have worked in the banking industry since 1996 and began working on home loans and mortgages in 2003. During my career, I have enjoyed working with customers to help them through the loan process. I work hard to make my customer’s experience a great one. Golden rule customer service is a core work ethic for me as I always treat my customers the way I would want to be treated.
Outside of work, I have always been a person who enjoys helping others and solving problems. I am fortunate that I am able to do this as well in my career while serving my customers. I love working with people and helping others. My goal is to put a smile on the face of everyone I encounter, including my customers and coworkers, by making our time together an enjoyable experience. Always be Batman!
