Driven by a passion for serving customers, Travis Chapman founded Local Mortgage in Memphis, TN. After years of directing a successful mortgage operation for a larger banking institution, Travis, alongside his brother Derek Chapman and mother Peggy Chapman, opened Local Mortgage in an effort to return to a smaller company feel. 

 

As we’ve grown, we continue our commitment to customer service, but leverage our industry expertise to hold rates low. We believe in being your partner throughout the process and relieving stress and anxiety by simplifying the experience.
